I have a new box planted in honor /as a gift for Butterfly ( her
Birthday last week) only life gets complicated and she hasn't had a
chance to get there yet. So if anybody wants in on the initial find
with Butterfly meet us at the Diana's Pool parking area on Rte 198 in
Chaplin on Sunday at 12:30. This is not far from the new and
fun 'Melted" . We will come with the clues and we can all walk up
to the " Town Crier" letterbox. After Sunday's adventure we will
post the clues to the list for all to enjoy. Rte 198 is of Rte 6 at
Chapin pass the firehouse and Diana's Pool fishing area is on the
right. There is room for a few cars there. If you cross the river
you went to far. The day I planted this box I saw a whole flock of
Robins by the river along with a Bluebird! I don't know what they
could be surviving on in this long cold spell. The river ,the ice and
the Hemlocks make for some Stunning winter scenery. Come along for
just one more birthday blast!
If the weather is bad we will postpone as its a long drive in from
the shoreline.

oohhh... I would love to, but wouldn't be able to get to Chaplin until 1:30 or so, since church gets out at around 12:10 or so. (I talked about this to Butterfly today while boxing). Any chance on delaying it an hour or so? If not, that's ok.... I can catch up with you all another time. Perhaps, you can find a different box then meet for Butterfly's birthday?

OH Leader of the Pack! How weird is this? I actually walked around Diana's
Pool with F.Fox and the girls two Sundays ago on (Jan 19) found the spot
where I would hide my box and said I was going to go home and get it and but
then I decided to I would wait for it warm up a bit. He who
hesitates............... Can't wait to get the clues!

I hope it is still a go for tomorrow. Gathering together in the woods at such a pretty place and having a dog such as Molly to hug would be most healing for me. Thank you Chuch for saying you are planning to go.

I will be unable to join you tomorrow, since I will not get out of church until 12:15 p.m. and also have a paper to write for my class, which is due on Tuesday. I hope everyone has a wonderful time and send me the clues when you're done!
